I Tasted alcohol!

I'm really upset. I was at a house party on the weekend with about 50 people and I accidently drank someone elses drink! I was drinking coke in a glass, I even brought my own bottle along and poured it myself. I set it down on the pool table with other drinks and I picked up someones rum and coke by mistake and had a sip! As soon as I tasted booze I went to the bathroom and spit in the sink but it was too late. I even gargled to get the taste out of my mouth...I feel just terrible about this. like I wasted three months.
Does this mean I fell off the wagon?? I haven't drank anything since, alcohol that is and I sure could have but didn't. I just don't know if I need to start my time all over again. Someone help!!
